Hi, I'm Sonyia, and I am a real estate development project manager, personal finance coach, worship leader and songwriter, and author.

Professionally, I provide real estate development and finance consulting to local governments across the state of North Carolina and South Carolina, and I currently manage mixed-use development projects in both states representing over $90-million of potential development. Outside of work, I have a passion for helping women and people of color achieve their financial goals, and I offer one-on-one and small group coaching sessions. I also serve as one of the worship leaders and songwriters at King's Park International Church in Durham, NC, and my devotional, "Taking Your Dreams to God: A 14-Day Journey Through the Life of Hannah" is my first published written work.
